Isabelle founded Maison Noir in 2016 after a decade working at leading London salons including Daniel Hersheson and Larry King. Trained in colour at the Wella Studio in London and L'Oreal Academy in Paris, she is known for natural, lived-in colour that enhances rather than overwhelms. She has styled hair for editorial shoots with Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and ELLE, and remains hands-on with clients four days a week.

Eloise brings a fashion-forward sensibility to bridal and occasion styling. After training in Milan and working with bridal designers during London Fashion Week, she joined Maison Noir in 2019. She is the salon's lead bridal stylist and has styled over 200 weddings across London, the Cotswolds, and internationally.
